Clear Insurance Management

Incorporated into their newly built website, Clear Insurance Management wanted to shoot images of their clients. They have a very broad client base so wanted to demonstrate this with images on a slide show on the home page. The main challenge for me was to bring a very diverse selection of locations and subject matter into a series of images that would hold together effectively side by side. Also, to add to the challenge the web designers had allowed space on the page that could only accommodate a severe panoramic landscape format. On top of that we had to keep very specific areas of the frame clear of complex detail to allow for text to be legibly overlaid onto each image. With no time or budget to recce the locations I was going in blind. We decided to use a focus technique that would allow me to very specifically select the focus points in the frame, allowing for the areas where the text would appear to be thrown out of focus.
